**COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE**:
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Focussing on customer needs and satisfaction, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting whilst delivering high standard of customer service.
- Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalate as required being first line response.
- Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
- Liaising with internal departments Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance and controlling teams and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
- Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
- Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities and new market opportunities.
- Producing weekly analysis reports e.g. forecasting, customer & market trends to internal and external stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Previous Customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to influence.
- Proficient experience of working with SAP Microsoft office and Outlook.

**Details of Package**:
Up to £26,000 PA (Depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits Package, including 29 days holiday + bank holidays + Healthcare + Generous contributory pension scheme / 37 Hour week

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
