Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our late evening team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
