**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying and printing.
- Managing and organising our filing system.
- Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards.
- Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong phone presence.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
**Salary**:
National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage depending on age.
