**Job description**
We are a Mortgage & Insurance Brokerage in Bolton and due to overwhelming growth in the business, Priority Protection is looking to recruit a dedicated and committed Office Assistant. We are looking for someone who has experience working as an administrator, writing letters and staying motivated without compromising quality whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
**The Vacancy**
- Helping the business attend shows around the country over the weekend, 4 weekends in 12 months **with additional pay**:
- Drafting detailed letters to clients providing a breakdown of the advice they have received on the products chosen
- Managing adviser diaries
- Ability to manage and update spreadsheets
- Proficiently taking incoming calls to the office
- Daily postal duties
- Contacting customers and help them with their paperwork
- Have 1 year experience working in an office environment in a similar role
- Experience answering and making calls to customers
- Show an interest in learning processes and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to draft letters in a clear and concise manner
- Able to work on your own initiative and to deal with instructions given
