Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage office correspondence and communication efficiently
- Manage client mail correspondence and forward to correct teams
- Utilise computerised systems for record-keeping and documentation
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate credit control mail communications
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry and typing abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette
