HQ is a landmark building situated in the heart of Chester & overlooking Chester Racecourse. The complex is made up of offices, The Abode Hotel and 34 private apartments - The Residence.

The HQ Residence is currently seeking a part-time Concierge tact as first contact for all residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring that the highest standard of customer care and service are maintained at all times.

**The Person - Part time - 8.30am - 3pm**

You will be professional with a friendly disposition, dedicated to delivering a first-class concierge service.

Taking pride in your ability to be highly attentive at all times, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with those who live in the building.

Being highly organised will come as second nature to you, as will your ability to be able to prioritise during busy periods.

**Experience Required**

Ideally, you will have previous concierge experience, however training can be provided.

IT literate with experience of Excel spreadsheets desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32.5 per week

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
