We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Hotel** **Receptionists **that would jump at the opportunity of a new challenge and work within an experienced and diverse team in a beautiful family run hotel within the stunning scenery of Chester.

This is an unrivaled opportunity for a **Hotel Receptionist** that is giving the right individual the chance to flourish within the hotel and their career and work alongside a talented and driven team that all share the same goals and qualities.

The career opportunity and progression is endless as the Hotel Management team are firm believers in internal progression, training and development and working with and promoting those that wish to progress within hospitality.

Also the family run hotel is a big believer in a good work life balance so encourage an 8 hour work day but do also offer overtime if required.

**Receptionists role but not limited to;**
- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
- Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
- Responding to requests for help and information
- Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
- Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
- Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits
