We’re searching for a Central Sales Coordinator in London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

Are you a people person with next-level organisational skills? Do you get a kick from being the glue that helps teams function from an organisation point of view, whether thrown tasks at the last minute or planning months in advance to help the sales team function to the best of their performance. Reporting to the Group Director of Sales, you’ll be a key support for both sales teams wherever needed with reporting, identify leads and supporting client relationships. Plus, you’ll contribute to our commercial growth strategy.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Support the teams in striving to achieve challenging monthly targets
- Working on multiple systems and ensuring databases are correctly up to date
- Being the champion of all systems and the go to person for this
- Ability to work part of the team and independently - Great telephone and customer service skills when required
- Manage business reports to identify new and further business opportunities for the teams - Working on several databases to upkeep weekly, monthly reports for sales activities
- Supporting the sales teams for all business trips, travel, fam trips, client meeting and presentation preparation, including account reviews
- Channelling leads and opportunities to the sales teams
- Responsible for creating / raising PO’s and managing supplier agreements and invoicing
- Assisting with the month end and other regular reporting

- Core hours are 09:00-17:30
- Working flexibly when needed, including weekends and bank holidays
