**Position Overview**:
The Sustainability Coordinator supports the Sustainability Core Team to implement and drive forward the strategy for the business.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Providing support to the Core team and facilitate the wider Steering Committee meetings and actions, preparing agendas and contact reports
- Collating and building database of all pitch commitments
- Management and development of our Sustainability tool(s) to collate data for key projects
- Building and tracking detailed project plan to include all business reports (internal and external) and event calendar
- Liaising with Marketing team to support with relevant/timely Social Media posts and update of company website
- Supporting project teams to monitor, track and report on all Sustainability objectives/tools
- Supporting project teams to complete Project Delivery Framework templates from pre-production, onsite and post event
- Maintaining open communication with suppliers, consultants, members, contractors, clients, internal teams and departments
- Managing membership/partnership/consultant agreements and renewals
- Administration and financial support including raising purchase orders, collating expenses and processing invoices
- Securing goods and services in-line with company procedures
- Supporting in the production of relevant documentation from sales decks to post event reports
- To be the Sustainability triage for both the business operations and project delivery teams
- Taking ownership of allocated tasks, taking responsibility for the completion of these to the highest standards
- Participating in post project reviews and identifying lessons learned and implementing these to improve your skills and knowledge

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Passionate about making a difference, ensuring Sustainability is embedded across the business
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Advanced level of software literacy (particularly MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Capability to deliver tasks accurately and within set timeframes
- Self-prioritise workload according to the business needs and excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated with a passion to succeed
- Hands on, can do attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge and experience of the live events industry
