Admin Assistant
Location: Inverness
Temporary: temporary
Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37hrs per week
**Salary**: £11.48 per hour
Pertemps Dundee are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, for Admin Assistants to start a short term temporary contract. This is a full-time position offering 37hrs per week between Monday to Friday. Office is based in Inverness. This is not a remote role.
Duties will typically include the following:
- Saving and renaming claims evidence in accordance with detailed desk instructions;- Performing initial admin checks on Verification Sheets (including updating spreadsheets and saving documents to erdm) as per desk instructions;-
- Creating samples for verifications using the Random Sampler template;- Performing checks on Objective Connect files to confirm which files can be deleted;- Managing mailboxes.To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Experience of working in an administrative environment- Experience of Microsoft Office packages- Experience of understanding and following policy and procedures.- Excellent communication skills- Ability to produce accurate work
