Our public sector client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team based in Inverness. This is a temporary position starting in July for 6 month period. Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm. Salary is £13.45 per hour. The role is based in Inverness at Glenurquhart Road.

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
The post holder will provide administration support to professional staff within the Property and Facilities Management Team.

**_Main duties include:_**
- Provide support for the day-to-day business of the section- To be responsible for administering databases and systems used within the Service. Duties will include creating, updating, and- amending records for service contracts and related repairs- Regular monitoring and updating of Statutory Information relating to a wide range of property-related service contracts- To provide support to Officers in setting up service contracts, and providing all associated analysis, evaluation, and reports- To be responsible for scheduling meetings, minute taking, as well as circulating minutes and agendas-
- To prepare summary information of monthly contract activities- Assist with the gathering of information for queries**_ Key Skills and Requirements_**:

- :_
- Previous work experience in administration supporting a team of professional staff- Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook-
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills- Ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines- Ability to record confidential information accurately and have excellent attention to detail.
