Our respected local client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in Inverness.

As Administration Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective customer care and administrative support to 3 Service Level Agreements in providing Handyperson, Telecare and Care and Repair services.

**The Role**
- To establish and maintain a trusting supportive relationship with clients at every stage in the process.
- To provide a high level of customer service when dealing with internal and external customers to ensure the best customer experience is provided.
- Oversee and monitor a schedule of works for all 3 services ensuring they are carried out in accordance with policy & procedure.
- Arranging of appointments for and liaise closely with the Handyperson’s with regard to the organisation of workload to cope with changing demands.
- Recording and processing of financial data, invoices, updating appropriate systems.
- To contribute to general office duties such as mail distribution, weekly fire alarm testing & general customer enquiries from visitors.
- Prepare all documentation for administration such as letters, minutes and report in accordance with procedures.

**The Person**
- Recognised administration qualification or at least 2 years’ experience in an admin role.
- Experience of financial administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel or other spreadsheet packages.
- Exceptional customer care and a caring a sensitive approach, due to the nature of the business.
- Ability to assess, prioritise and organise workloads effectively, to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of repairs/maintenance and housing matters would be advantageous.
