**THE ROLE**
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focused sales professional to join our established Residential Conveyancing team to help drive customer enquiries into new business.
In this role you'll drive the conversion of new enquiries into new business. You'll engage with clients / potential clients who are looking to instruct Switalskis to deal with their property transaction (typically sale and/or purchase of flats and houses), providing them with the information required whilst maintaining high levels of client care.
This will be a varied role where your responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide a proposal to the client based on the information obtained.
- Follow up the proposal within an agreed timescale to ensure the client feels supported.
- Convert the proposal to an instruction and onboard them using our onboarding portal.
- Ensure excellent levels of client care and customer service.
- Deal with enquiries into the conveyancing team by clients and potential clients looking to instruct the firm with their property transaction.
- Work towards individual and team targets/KPI’s.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a natural people person, with a flare for customer service and ability to build lasting relationships. We want to see a sales superstar who is driven, determined and able to work to deadlines.
A Legal background or knowledge in Residential Conveyancing would be desirable but isn’t essential (full training will be provided). You should have a strong background in Customer Service, Sales or Business Development.
