Office Assistant

As AMP Clean Energy’s Renewable Heat business continues to grow, we are on the lookout for an **Office Assistant**. If you want to join one of the most exciting sectors in the renewable energy industry, then we would love to hear from you.
The purpose of the role is to facilitate the smooth running of the office, and maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers in person, online, and via telephone.
**Main responsibilities of the role**:
- To answer the door and greet visitors
- To support in coordinating meetings by booking meeting rooms and sending calendar invites
- Ensuring that meeting rooms are clean and tidy for meetings throughout the day
- Providing refreshments for visitors including drinks or lunches as required
- Sorting and distributing post/parcels scanning and post office runs as required
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Stocking kitchen supplies and keeping the kitchen tidy ie. Cleaning the coffee machine, unloading the dishwasher in the morning
- To arrange travel and accommodation for employees
- Working closely with the IT team to facilitate IT equipment for starters and leavers as well as any other office IT issues
- To order stationary for the office
- Liaise with office-based staff, suppliers and third parties to maintain procedures at the office
- Responsible for the reconciliation for the office company credit card
- Ad hoc help as and when required by the leadership team
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and the support of the administration as and when required
- A confident telephone manner and good communication skills
- Good time-keeper, and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality

**Renumeration**:
- We are offering a competitive salary, which will be discussed at interview.
**Details**:
- Location: 1 Dover Street, London, W1S 4LD
- Hours of work: 40 per week, hours will be flexible but typically between the hours of 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday
- Annual holiday entitlement is 25 days. In addition, you will have an annual entitlement of 8 days for public holidays.
