**JOB TITLE**: Office Assistant / Receptionist

**JOB TYPE**: Full time, Permanent

**SALARY**: £35,000 per annum

**HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

**LOCATION**: Shepherd's Bush, London

**CULTURE**: Friendly and collaborative team who really support their staff All based in an open plan office

**Responsibilities/Duties**:
You will be responsible for a wide variety of functions critical to the development of the Company and the smooth running of the office day to day. The role is very varied, and you will need to draw on your multi-tasking and organisational abilities to succeed.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for the smooth running of the office.
- Liaising with the building landlord, security and cleaning contract.
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Responsible for Goods-in/Goods-out (postal duties and couriers).
- Maintain office-help desk - internal ticketing system.
- First aider/Fire warden and maintaining the first aiders qualifications up to date.
- Researching and implementing new eco-friendly product options to reduce carbon footprint.
- Arranging company-wide social functions.
- Arranging business travel and accommodations.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed.
- Manage credit card statements and match all transactions in concur before submitting the monthly expense report.
- Manage company taxi accounts.
- Organise and maintain office common areas.
- Supporting on upcoming office refurbishment project as needed.
- Confident Communicating with people of all levels.
- Experience within a similar role.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain confidential and professional at all times.
- Good people skills and judgement.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure.
- Assertive and innovative to ensure continually improving support.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Good technology knowledge on hardware (printers, photocopies and fax machines).
- Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal.
