**JOB TITLE**:Office Assistant

**JOB TYPE**:Permanent

**HOURS**:9am - 5.30pm

**SALARY**:£22,000 - £25,000

**LOCATION**:Central London

**Duties**:

- Working closely with the operations manager, supporting with various projects throughout the office
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post, ensuring distribution to correct team member
- Booking taxis for team members or clients
- Working closely with the operations manager, supporting with various projects throughout the office
- Provide written, verbal and e-correspondence, in collaboration with management and colleagues
- Undertake research on behalf of colleagues
- Supporting the sales team with preparing quotes and correspondence
- Supporting finance with processing invoices
- Produce presentations and written reports for the team
- Restocking refreshments, stationary and ensuring the office is tidy / presentable
- Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom to prepare documents, and organise meetings
- Ensuring the meeting rooms are set up, vacated on time and any maintenance issues are reported
- Liaising with operations manager to ensure smooth running of the office
- Re-directing and screening the calls as appropriate and taking adequate messages when required
- Creating and maintaining records on company system
- Ensuring all communications are shared within the team
- Taking care of a small amount of petty cash for ad hoc purchases, e.g. staff gifts and lunches.
- To work as active member of the team and to be flexible and adaptable based on the changing needs of the business

**Experience, knowledge and skills required**
- 3 A level's - A* - C
- A solid interest in IT / Technology
- Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently
- Desirable - previous experience working within an office environment
