A varied and responsible position providing maternity cover for the Property Management administration services to a friendly team of surveyors. This role will be assisting them in managing their portfolios of properties and assisting with any client instructions.

**LOCATION - **Glasgow

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Coordinate and collate the monthly management reports from Property Management team
- Monitoring and updating contractor's health and safety databases and other information
- Arranging regular health and safety risk assessments and audits
- Working with service and supply contractors, securing contract documentation and dealing with contractor enquiries
- Providing a point of contact for clients and tenants in the absence of the Property Manager
- Coordinating the production of arrears reports on a regular basis
- Attend monthly client meetings and undertake minute-taking for distribution
- Coordinate and arrange various group & team meetings for the Surveying team
- Dealing with routine telephone enquiries from tenants and suppliers
- Maintaining and updating property management accounting and tenancy management database
- Reviewing prelists and approving charge raising
- Dealing with tenant account queries
- Monitoring budget variances via property management system(s) and reporting to the Property Manager
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience working in an accounts or billing administrative role
- Good written and verbal communication
- Enthusiastic and willing to undertake extra duties
- A team player
- Organised with a good eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
