Job Overview


Our client, a prominent and well-established property management organization in Scotland, is currently looking for a Property Services Administrator to join their central office in Glasgow as a result of ongoing expansion.

You will report directly to the Head of Technical Works and Insurance Services, with the primary responsibility of assisting the department through various administrative duties and facilitating communication between team members and contractors.


The ideal candidate is expected to possess at least 2 years of administrative experience, with a background in the property sector being a distinct advantage.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating closely with contractors
  • Coordinating with the Property Management team to ensure effective communication regarding certification-related issues.
  • Assisting the Property Management team in resolving certification challenges.
  • Generating export reports from our database to showcase KPI performance related to target certification percentages.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday

Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Glasgow
  • Proficient in using Office 365
  • Experience with a CRM system is preferred but not mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable administrative position.
