Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
Compensation: £25,000 per annum plus benefits
Role Overview
As a Property Management Administrator - Finance, you will play a vital role in achieving our goal of being the leading property management firm in the UK by:
- Delivering exceptional administrative support
- Serving as the primary contact for the team
- Assisting with inquiries and service requests
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all tasks assigned by the Team Leader
- Oversee task progression to meet deadlines
- Take responsibility for inquiries, collaborating with colleagues and external customers
- Foster strong relationships across teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Assist in managing team mailboxes and related tasks
- Ensure accurate and regular updates to internal databases, including relevant documentation
- Handle all customer information confidentially and in compliance with GDPR
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident and articulate communicator, both verbally and in writing; capable of building relationships with diverse customers and clients with a focus on resolution.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in electronic administration and record-keeping
- Demonstrated ability to effectively address problems and challenges.
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong IT skills, awareness of social media, and familiarity with emerging technologies.
