About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Administrator to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Management Surveyors, ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team's property portfolio, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants, clients, and contractors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with our procurement policy.
  • Attending client meetings, taking minutes, and distributing to relevant parties.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, approving invoices, and coordinating management reports.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and contractors, and will be responsible for building and maintaining close professional relationships with them.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

What We Expect From You

We are seeking a proactive, practical, and positive individual who is able to take responsibility, act on their own initiative, and remain calm under pressure.

You will be expected to have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as a high level of understanding of UK financial practices, including budgeting, VAT, and accounting standards relevant to property management.
