The Role:

· Close liaison with clients, centre management teams on all aspects of work, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

· Effective communication with solicitors, letting teams, building surveyors, architects, contractors, and other external advisors to drive business growth and success.

· Forging strong client relationships, managing expectations, and understanding portfolio strategy to maximize income and drive business results.

· Negotiating lease renewals and re-gears to secure optimal terms and conditions.

· Identifying opportunities to maximize income and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

· Driving letting strategy, considering tenant mix and market trends, to achieve business objectives.

Key Attributes:

· The ideal candidate will possess excellent enthusiasm, communication skills, and the drive to work independently, with a strong ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

· Previous experience in a property asset management role is highly desirable, but applicants with agency, leasing and tenanting, or property management backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

· Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.
