Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our shopping centre portfolio, working closely with solicitors, letting teams, building surveyors, architects, contractors, and other external advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including solicitors, letting teams, building surveyors, architects, contractors, and other external advisors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of our shopping centre portfolio.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a property asset management role, preferably in a commercial property and asset management firm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
