We are in search of a proficient General Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of this property.
Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:- Facilitate the launch and operational setup of the new property, ensuring a smooth transition for all residents.
- Serve as the main point of contact for current and prospective tenants.
- Maintain and enhance the resident application to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and uphold high resident satisfaction levels.
- Drive innovation and enhance service standards to ensure an exceptional experience from initial inquiry through to move-in and throughout the tenancy.
