**Logistics Administrator**

**Normanton**

**£22,000 - £24,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Monitor transportation routes and optimize delivery schedules to minimise costs and maximise efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics operations.
- Provide support to the logistics team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination or administration.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
