Artwork Administrator

**About The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Assistant - Artwork** to join our Procurement Team. This is an exciting time to be joining **IPL, Forza & Kober** as we support **Asda** on their journey to becoming #2 in the marketplace.

In this role you will provide day to day admin support to the IPL Artwork team based at Asda House in Leeds city centre.

**Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm**

**Hybrid working is also available**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Verify artwork for content, legal and quality against approved Product Specifications
- Maintain all artwork records on IPL and ASDA systems.
- Support management of IPL and ASDA artwork processes.
- Update and approve Product Specifications for all artwork and packaging requirements
- Liaise with Commercial, Planning, Technical, ASDA Retail Teams, designers, printers and suppliers for artwork approval Maintain IPL product imagery for online content.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an organised and diligent administrator with a good eye for detail to help manage the artwork process for wine labelling.
- Experience in packaging approvals
- Fully competent with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different internal categories
- Process driven and able to work to tight deadlines
- Integrity and credibility with a track record of attention to detail
- Able to use Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, MAC and PC to a competent level - **Desirable, but not essential.**:

- Understanding of the design and print process
