**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Managing an on boarding caseload against specific SLAs
- Accurately drafting and issuing contracts of employment for fixed term and permanent employee’s ensuring the following is correct and accurate:

- Contract Type
- Renumeration PA/Pro rata
- Probation periods
- Pension contributions - correct level
- Annual leave
- Accurately issue bank agreements for non-permanent workers
- Ensuring equal opportunities and equality & diversity are promoted.
- Processing, collating, and reviewing all pre-employment compliance checks for validity such as:

- UK DBS outcomes and Localised Police checks
- Right to work
- Employment references & full work histories
- Occupational health outcomes
- Professional qualifications
- Manage stakeholder relationships - maintaining and building internal & external relationships
- Maintain and update ATS & HRIS systems in line with responsibilities
- Support site’s with general recruitment and onboarding queries
- Any other task as requested or directed

**To be successful in this role, you will need**
- A good level of general education A Level or equivalent (including Math’s & English)
- Computer literate on all Microsoft packages
- Competent in the use of databases, ATS systems & HRIS systems (Preferably Eploy and Unit 4)
- An understanding of employment law for contract administration
- Ability to plan and organize and prioritize workload and use initiative
- Able to deal with demanding internal and external clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure at times and effective at working to deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable work approach
- Attention to detail
