We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly accurate Data Selections Officer to join our friendly Data team You will be reporting to the Data Selection Manager to effectively deliver the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association’s data selection and communication programme.

This role will focus on working collaboratively with colleagues across the Association, and other members of the Data team, to deliver against briefs to run multiple, concurrent selections.

As part of our dedicated Fundraising team, you will generate selections in our campaign management software: FastStats, as part of working through the brief to translate the requirements for an effectively targeted campaign into a technically literate database selection and segmentation brief.

Working as a point of contact in the team for the briefing of new campaigns, you will collaborate with colleagues to understand their activities and communicate them to the Data and Insight team for fulfilment.

Other responsibilities include:

- Ensuring data is delivered accurately, in the required format and to schedule.
- Assist the data team with database maintenance tasks.
- Ensure data within databases remain compliant with GDPR standards

**What are we looking for?**

Experience of:

- Creating mailing data using CRMs, preferably Raiser’s Edge or Dynamics.
- Using FastStats (or equivalent software) to deliver complex data selections against a brief.
- Excel (or Access) including formulas and data manipulation.

It is essential you have a highly accurate work style with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions. You will also need a collaborative approach with the ability to effectively prioritise.
