Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services. We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions, and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.

We are currently looking to expand our Conduct and Governance team and are looking for 3 support administrators, based within reach of our offices in Colchester.

These roles will be to support our Conduct and Governance management team with the day-to-day management of the Compliance, Conduct Risk and Governance activities, this includes ensuring processes comply with regulatory standards as well as internal procedures and guidelines.

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Reviewing contract information ensuring full compliance and regulation standards are followed.
- Assisting with responses to regulatory consultation papers, reports, and information requests.
- The manging and maintaining of compliance registers and policy document trackers.
- Carrying out audits both in person and remotely.

To be successful in these roles you will need to possess strong Excel skills and be able to provide evidence accordingly, Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in gathering and handling data from across various locations. Excellent communication skills and a team focused work ethic is key, and some knowledge of regulation, governance and compliance would be beneficial but not essential.
