Our client, a leading UK land survey organisation with a strong track record are seeking a **Admin Assistant** to join their dynamic team. You'll support the Office Manager, Commercial Accounts Manager, and handle various administrative functions.

**Duties**:

- Assist in admin tasks and support key business objectives, including QA and H&S functions
- Organise travel and accommodation for transit staff
- Aid in accounts payable, accounts receivable, Payroll & HR tasks
- Assist the commercial team in quotations and tenders
- Provide backup support to field surveyors for successful survey execution

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
