As part of an integrated care at home service this role will coordinate, supervise, develop and promote a range of Care at Home Services within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership. In order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan.

This is a part time temporary post based within the Care at home team.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - **50-79% **of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.

The admin base for this post is the Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.

Hours of Work are 17.5 per week to be worked as follows:
Week 1 - Thursday and Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 9.00am - 5.00pm

**Annual Salary £18,436 - £ 20,083**
