An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and dynamic Dietitian with clinical and leadership skills to join and lead our in-patient team at University Hospital Crosshouse. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we provide a supportive working environment and access to further training and development opportunities.
You will work in close partnership with the Dietetic Service Manager, Team Lead and AHP colleagues supporting transformation of care programmes with the aim of providing excellent care.

You will work with their team to develop new and effective ways of working that improve patient care, reduce length of stay, and improve flow. You will hold a specialist dietetic clinical remit depending on experience.

The Department provides training to A, B and C placement students and offers clinical supervision.
You should possess an Honours degree/postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Experience in acute dietetics is essential. Evidence of competencies and skills required to deliver this post is essential e.g. excellent communication skills, effective time management, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
