Are you an experience HR Administrator or a Graduate who is looking for a new challenge to work alongside a HR Officer and HR Manager? Our client are looking for a motivated, hard working and dedicated HR Administrator to join their team The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR department on a daily basis.

The HR Administrator will:

- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Officer
- Assist with the filing, typing minutes and updating databases
- Be responsible for answering and distributing any HR enquiries
- Assist with recruitment
- Be responsible for all new starts
- Create personnel files, issue contracts and offer letters
- Provide support to Managers
- Arrange interviews and be responsible for the job advertising
- Assist with the compilation of monthly HR reports
- Deal with any inductions for new starters

The HR Administrator must have:

- Experience in maintaining complex records
- Be a Graduate or have previous HR experience
- Be confident in analyzing data and preparing reports
- Maintain fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be supportive and willing to help and make a difference
- Be confident on all Microsoft packages
- Have a positive outlook and be a fast learner

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
