Marketing Coordinator

Providing specialist construction consultancy services which support our internal organisations we lead with improved methods of working. We are part of a family owned construction company which has grown to be a market leading UK construction and infrastructure support services group who work with some of the world’s largest companies and leading UK public sector bodies to deliver prestigious, complex and challenging construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.
**Job Purpose**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various projects and initiatives.
You will have all well-rounded marketing experience, executing marketing campaigns, driving results for 9 companies, and assisting with the development of marketing materials. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Harrow, however, a hybrid option is available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding the purpose, services and strategies of each company
- Creation and updating of contact databases on spreadsheets, Salesforce, Mailchimp.
- Ability to assist with project managing and delegating work when necessary.
- Maintain Google business accounts and update with accurate information.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, prospect information and competitive insights.
- Assist with updating the Wordpress websites.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Create content and graphics for different channels and materials.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Writing and creating proposals for bidding opportunities
- Mailchimp, Moz, Semrush, Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe Creative.
- Support the marketing team in coordinating events and ordering merchandise if required.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, website and social media accounts.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, make payments, keeping records and organising files and documents.
**Skills and experience desired**
- Creative suite package (InDesign, Photoshop) and strong general IT skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, both proof ready, written and verbal. Ability to manage people if needed.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, persistent and professional attitude.
