We are currently looking for talented Admission Coordinator to join our growing team.

**The role implies**:

- Guiding and supporting our recruited students through the admission process to top Universities throughout UK
- Keeping the Student Recruitment team up to date with admission deadlines and changes in circumstances;
- Filling in periodical reports with feedback and progress of the Student Recruitment team for Management;
- Keeping management informed about any issues that arise;
- Attending departmental meetings and taking minutes where appropriate;
- Working flexibly across the team to provide support where needed during peak periods;
- Share best practice and contribute to improvements across the Admissions process;
- Building and maintaining relationships with other connected departments of the company, including the Student Recruitment Team and the Marketing Team;
- Taking part in planning and participating in marketing activities for updating admission materials etc.
- Coordinate with the Student Recruitment Team and schedule recruited students for admission;
**Skills needed**:

- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Team-management and leadership skills;
- Ability to learn and implement specific admission procedures for various Universities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Availability to work during weekends.
