Hotel Sales Leader
Moore Place Hotel is a 63 bedroom Georgian mansion situated in the heart of Aspley Guise offering stylish, traditional accommodation and function rooms. We are looking for a self-starter to grow sales and be part of a small friendly team working a non-corporate environment.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Hotel sales and concentrate on those areas where you will make the most impact which will include:
- Increasing conference and meetings demand
Driving growth in the wedding, functions and events market
Attracting new leisure and group business, especially at weekends
Growing restaurant food & beverage sales
Managing the Hotel’s advertising and profile including social media
Generating new corporate business and negotiating rates
Nurturing existing corporate accounts and maintaining existing relationships
Maximising potential revenue through online travel and booking agents
You will need have previous relevant sales experience and preferably have also worked in a guest facing role in a Hotel or similar environment.
The position will involve visiting clients from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year
