Director of Sales - Luxury Country House Hotel - 4*

To £55K + Bonus + 12mth £3K Retention payment

I am currently recruiting for a growing hospitality operator for a Director Of Sales to oversee all sales activities across all sectors for their stunning 4* 150bed branded property in Buckinghamshire, with excellent M&E space, spa and leisure facilities.

You will be working closely with the GM to drive revenue and to set sales strategy & direction across corporate and MICE sectors.

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

Salary to £55K + Bonus + £3K retention payment after 12mths employment.

The Company:

* Growing, young hotel group operating 150bed - 4* country house hotel.
* Well known for award winning 4* service standards, superior rooms and outstanding conference space.

The Position:

* Director of Sales overseeing client development, sales strategy, direction of the sales function across the property with a view to maximising and increasing account and new business sales revenue for predominantly MICE and corporate sales.

The Essential Skills:

* As Director of Sales you will have extensive experience with established brands in Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager roles within established hotel firms and ideally SE/ Home Counties sales experience at Sales Manager or Director of Sales level.
