Sales Director

Talent Hive is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director - Hotel Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and selling all market segments for the hotel, reporting to the hotel General Manager.
About the Role:
- Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling, and networking events.
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to increase revenue.
- Represent the hotel and company at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Negotiate rates to secure new business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and proven success in a proactive sales role.
- Solid track record of securing new business within the corporate sectors.
- Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy.
- Ability to use initiative and negotiate rates to secure new business.
