Sales Director

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Dawsongroup team in Milton Keynes.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sales of used trucks and trailers to new and existing customers. This will involve conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients and maintaining high levels of vehicle and trailer utilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set revenue and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
