The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the Fenestration industry, leading businesses through periods of growth and developing a sales team to support continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing the effectiveness of the sales and marketing team structure, creating a balance between time spent with new and existing customers.
- Driving sales enablement initiatives across the business, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities for the business, correctly managed and segmented in the company's CRM system to aid forecasting.
