Agricultural Sales Professional

E-Fab Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Agriculture Area Sales Manager to cover the Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants areas. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on business development and forward planning for our client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Maximise revenue from existing customer accounts through excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Ensure excellent customer relationships by being available for queries as required
- Present to new clients and visit existing ones periodically to build strong relationships
- Plan and report weekly travel, ensuring efficient use of time
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to inform business decisions
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
- Previous experience in a related industry, preferably construction or plant hire
- Strong focus on business development and forward planning
- Able to build a customer/client base seeking rental solutions for long-term projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
- Motivated and target-driven, with a successful track record in field sales
- Holding a full UK driver's license
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
