Agriculture Area Sales Manager

E-Fab Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Agriculture Area Sales Manager to cover the Herts, Beds, Bucks & Northants areas. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on business development and forward planning for our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry
  • Maximise revenue from existing customer accounts through excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Ensure excellent customer relationships by being available for queries as required
  • Present to new clients and visit existing ones periodically to build strong relationships
  • Plan and report weekly travel, ensuring efficient use of time
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a related industry, preferably construction or plant hire
  • Strong focus on business development and forward planning
  • Able to build a customer/client base seeking rental solutions for long-term projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
  • Motivated and target-driven, with a successful track record in field sales
  • Holding a full UK driver's license
Estimated Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
