We are looking for an energetic individual, who is ready for a new engagement role, or wanting to develop their current engagement skills to promote and support digital inclusion across Primary Care Networks in the Nottingham City Area (Nottingham City East PCN). Supporting patients and primary care staff to understand, access and utilise different digital platforms to get the best from local health services such as the NSH App. The Digital inclusion co-ordinator will work across GP Practices, with the Borough Council, voluntary sector, and patient groups to reduce health inequalities by promoting digital inclusion.
1. Responsible for managing and coordinating, with support from the PCN, the projects schemes to accelerate and maximise digital inclusion across the PCN
2. To support with project schemes and initiatives at planning, development, and implementation stages
3. Responsible for monitoring the progress of the digital inclusion project objectives and ensure that reporting of actions takes place. Then using this information to advise on, initiate and develop services as appropriate
4. Evaluate the impact of the project’s schemes and help track and monitor post implementation benefits
5. Build and maintain networks, and able to command the confidence of stakeholders in the delivery of digital capabilities.
6. To share information and opportunities (funding, equipment, training etc.) with other organisations
7. Contribute to the positive promotion of digital health tools available to people in the PCN (the NHS App and Patients Know Best) and to encourage people in managing their health, care and wellbeing.
8. Work with stakeholders to identify, reduce and remove the barriers to digital inclusion for people that experience the greatest health inequalities.
9. Support the facilitation of workshops and task and finish groups. Utilise communication and presentation skills to engage people and present complex issues clearly to a wide range of audiences

Nottingham City General Practice Alliance is a GP federation that operates to support, connect, and represent General Practices in Nottingham city. We are the lead employer for Primary Care Network (PCN) staff, employing on behalf of our member PCNs. We are close to employing over 100 ARRS (Additional Role Re-imbursement Scheme) roles.

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- Educated to diploma level or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
