The Below Decks team have a fantastic opportunity to become part of our Front of House team in our newly refurbished restaurant as Senior Supervisor. As a Senior Supervisor you will form part of our Senior Management team and will work closely with our General Manager to provide the best quality and experience to our guests.

Your main duties will consist of:

- Supporting the General Manager in the general operations of the business
- Management of the Front of house team and lead manager in absence of General Manager
- Ensuring and driving quality service to all of our guests
- Stock management and ordering
- Contributing to maintaining and managing food safety standards.
- Maintenance and implementation of our standards of practice within the Front of house team
- Training of team members
- Reservations management

Our General Manager will support and train you in every aspect of our management systems and help develop your skills in what is a demanding but very rewarding profession.
