As the Head of Contracts & Partnerships at PA Housing, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and fostering strong community relationships. This is senior role focused on delivering operational performance aligned to strategy, driving change and service excellence whilst addressing failures.

We embrace the future of work with our hybrid working model, offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately 2-3 days per week in the office with the remainder being from the comfort of your own home. However bear in mind during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success. Your well-being and confidence in your role are paramount to us, and we're committed to providing the flexibility you need to excel. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

- Contract Management

- High Stakes Management: Handle high-value contracts, offering top-notch advice to keep our multi-tenure schemes thriving. Be the guardian of our contractual obligations.
- Fire Safety Hero: Collaborate with managing agents on all things fire safety, from cladding to risk assessments. Keep everyone informed and secure.
- Financial Whiz: Ensure our reserve accounts are accurately managed, minimising financial risks. Your attention to detail will make all the difference.
- Legal Eagle: Provide sharp legal guidance on contractor and agent proceedings. Ensure all legal and tenancy matters are flawlessly handled.

- Customer Champion: Be the face of a customer-centric approach, anticipating and addressing resident needs with proactive solutions.
