The Opportunity: We're seeking a passionate and experienced Social Value Consultant to join our Strategy & Reporting division. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on society whilst collaborating with some of the most forward-thinking organisations in the UK, including the Government Property Agency, Vita Health Group, and Roche.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Competitive Salary: £40-45,000 plus a lucrative 20% commission plan.

**Role Highlights**:
- Advising our clients on strategically incorporating social value creation across their organisations, helping them maximise the value they deliver for society.
- Co-creating simple but effective social value strategies with our client and member base - increasingly for larger, multi-territory, more complex organisations
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs; what’s getting in the way of their progress and what can they do about it?
- Facilitating client workshops and conducting a range of stakeholder engagement exercises
- Undertaking research and writing presentations, reports and policies
- Supporting business development opportunities alongside the Sales team
**Location/ Hours**: Currently flexible working, at least 1-2 days a week from our London office. Your job will include travel to meet customers around the UK. (37.5 hour week M-F)
**Who You Are**:
At least three years of consultancy and client handling experience within any combination of:
- Change management, Transformation or Management Consultancy (co-creating simple but effective strategies to address problems)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) / ESG / Sustainability / Social Impact
- Experience working directly with a range of external stakeholders and building long-term relationships
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with confidence to deliver presentations and facilitate workshops but also write comprehensive and high-quality reports
- Understanding of and passion for social value / sustainability / corporate social responsibility / ESG
- Strong project management and managing relationships with senior influencers within large, complex organisations
- Ability to work through tasks independently, proactively and meticulously
- Good analytical skills, including data literacy
