The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Impact Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in growing our private-sector portfolio and progressing your career within a dynamic, mission-driven organisation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads: Identify opportunities to drive business growth by managing inbound and outbound leads.
  • Client engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and crafting tailored pitches.
  • Sales pipeline management: Partner with the Head of New Business to move leads through the sales funnel, following a structured process to close deals.
  • Multi-channel outreach: Leverage email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to engage prospects and secure meetings with stakeholders.
  • Proposal development: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and bespoke pitches that align with client requirements.
  • Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and track progress using Salesforce.
  • Industry representation: Attend conferences and networking events to expand your connections and raise the profile of Social Value Portal Ltd.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, Technology or Professional Services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling pitches.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • An understanding of Social Value, ESG, or CSR is an advantage.
What We Offer
  • A base salary of £45,000 - £50,000, with an OTE of up to £90,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
