Our core offering is an evidence-led social value measurement framework, called the Social Value TOM System (Themes, Outcomes and Measures). **About the role**:
**What We Need**
Further responsibilities will include:
- Conduct research tasks with mínimal or no supervision both independently or as part of the team.
- Develop new solutions designed to measure social impact.
- Assist in the development client bespoke solutions.
- Analysis and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Designing of training material.
- Act as a QA responsible protecting the integrity of TOM framework.
**What we're looking for**:
- Proven record of leading or supporting research projects.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects.
- Strong desire to make a difference in the field.
- A curious mind and the ability to quickly gain expertise in new areas.
- Previous experience with sustainability frameworks such as ESG, SDG, ESRS are a plus.

Competitive base salary of £30,000 - £40,000**:
