Due to an internal role change, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Administrator to join our existing team. As Operations Administrator you will support the Operations and Project team with everyday administrative tasks.

The role includes managing our Maintenance Managers schedule, including prioritising remedial work, scheduling suitable dates with the customer, providing quotes, and arranging necessary plant machinery.

**Other duties include;**
- Answering the telephone and responding to customer requests and enquiries.
- Keeping track and ordering of company stationary.
- Arranging hotels for site teams
- Preparing maintenance paperwork
- Collecting and reporting of KPI data on a weekly basis.
- Scheduling and booking of van maintenance and servicing.

The ideal Operations Administrator will;
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to prioritise tasks
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have good working knowledge of MS packages

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
