Working within a friendly and established team, at this tamworth based Engineering firm, you will be providing administrative support to the Finance Department. We’re looking for someone for an initial period of 4 weeks, but this could end up being longer term.

**Duties**:

- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the financial operations of the company, including sage invoice input, and raising invoices using their internal systems
- Maintain accurate financial records and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle phone calls and inquiries related to financial matters
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist in preparing reports and statements

About you:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office role
- Previous experience of using SAGE would be advantageous
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so do noy delay.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: Up to £11.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
