Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of the Office Account
  • Manage various journals as directed by Head of Accounts
  • Weekly purchase ledger supplier payments
  • Raise queries with internal and external clients
  • Adhoc financial reporting (forecasting and spend)
  • Post and code supplier invoices to relevant nominal / departmental codes
  • Take credit card payments
  • Filing invoices
  • Match credit notes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role would be desired
  • Resilient and able to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrate reliability, organisation and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and IT skills
