We have a growing team of over 110 qualified and non-qualified professionals across Staffordshire, Birmingham, West Midlands, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We're committed to supporting clients with their legal issues by offering exceptional service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of the Office Account
- Manage various journals as directed by Head of Accounts
- Weekly purchase ledger supplier payments
- Raise queries with internal and external clients
- Adhoc financial reporting (forecasting and spend)
- Post and code supplier invoices to relevant nominal / departmental codes
- Take credit card payments
- Filing invoices
- Match credit notes
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role would be desired
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure
- Demonstrate reliability, organisation and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numeracy and IT skills
