Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Campaign Officer to join one of the largest utilities companies in the Midlands. **Location**: Coventry Central - Onsite
**Pay**: £17.50 Per Hour
**Duration**: 3 Month initial Assignment
**Start Date**: ASAP
**About the role**:
As the new Marketing and Campaign Executive you’ll be supporting on delivering creative campaigns, customer journey communication and insight, and brand-new behavioural change marketing initiatives. Working with the Campaigns and Marketing Manager, you’ll be helping to drive customer response, positive brand engagement, educate customers and inspire behaviour change.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Implement and deliver campaigns across a range of online and offline channels ensuring that robust measuring and reporting is in place.
- Work with project teams to understand the customer journey, analyse data trends, deliver insight and ensure continuous improvement in campaigns.
- Work with colleagues across the broader communications team to make sure that campaigns are integrated across all our core channels including internal, PR, community comms, and social media.
- Liaise with delivery teams and agencies including digital, creative, and print to ensure that campaigns are on-brief, deliver against our core objectives, are on time and on budget.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders across the business about the success of our marketing campaigns, key insight and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure that we are managing and monitoring campaign KPIs, metrics and measures.
- Make sure all campaigns are on brand and reinforce brand strategy.
- Produce high quality marketing content including copywriting for collateral and materials to support campaigns for a range of online and offline channels.
- Producing accurate documentation, whilst ensuring service levels are achieved with a ‘right first time’ attitude.
- Planning, organising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, without impacting on quality.
- Working flexibly to be able to respond to changing business needs.
**Experience and Capabilities**:
- Self-starter.
- Knowledgeable and worked with of different comms channels.
- Strong IT skills.
- Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Data analytics.
- Understand how we can track and measure the success of campaigns.
- Translating data into actionable insights.
- An understanding of the utilities industry.
- Creative/ designer ability.
- Exposure to press and media comms management.
